CatGenie Warranty
All parts with defects in material and workmanship. This warranty for CatGenie Products covers the operation of litter and its parts under normal conditions of use, as specified in the Installation and Operation Guide, and excludes any malfunctions resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, humidity excess, inadequate packaging, lightning, momentary surges or tampering, alterations or unauthorized modifications CatGenie is designed for use in certain environments only. It is therefore essential to observe the instructions provided in the Installation Guide. Coverage period: The CatGenie Warranty lasts two years from the date of purchase of the products, ONLY THE ORIGINAL BUYER TO DETAIL MAY MAKE THE WARRANTY ON DEFECTIVE MATERIALS AND OPERATION FROM THE date of purchase per minute PROVIED BY THE INVOICE OR PURCHASE DISCOUNT IN ORIGINAL. At the expense of CatG Italia srl: Any faulty components will be repaired or replaced within a reasonable period of time and free of charge. How to obtain warranty service: 1. Send the product to the service center together with a proof of purchase issued by an authorized dealer. Preliminary operations: Contact CatG Italia srl at the number reserved for customer service and follow the instructions of our assistance center for shipping and packing the product. WARNING: BEFORE SHIPPING THE PRODUCT CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PREPARATION, PACKAGING AND SHIPPING FROM IT IS SUPPLIED. DAMAGES CAUSED BY AN INCORRECT PROCEDURE OF PREPARATION, PACKAGING AND DELIVERY OF THE CATGENIE OR ITS COMPONENT ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
